In honor of this, Natural Awakenings will explore the theme of “Vitality Her Way” and the unique paths that women can take to reclaim health on their own terms. From empowering self-care routines to inspiring wellness advocates, this issue is a tribute to the vibrance, abundance, balance, and resilience that comes from living whole.
This month’s feature article, “Living Their Fire: Women Who Inspire Us to Thrive,” spotlights women from diverse walks of life who infuse meaningful vitality into their habits, practices, and vocations. You’ll hear from leaders in wellness, medicine, social justice, creative arts, and personal growth to see how small but consistent actions can sustain long-term health.
