This month, Ed Foot will return to the Cosmic Center of Spiritual Light to offer a series of classes on the Edgar Cayce Readings and a companion book titled A Course in Miracles. This series will take place during five consecutive Fridays on January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15 and February 22, 7 p.m.  

            This series revolves around the principles of Edgar Cayce who is considered the father of holistic medicine. He presented the concept of three Ideals—spiritual, mental and physical—which can be manifested to achieve more abundance in life. In addition, Cayce provided information about a group of ancients known as the Essenes, whom most people had never heard of until the Dead Sea Scrolls were revived in 1947. Cayce, however, started teaching on the Essenes in the mid-1930s, and the insight he obtained from their ancient wisdom is still useful today. 

            During each week of this series, a different aspect of Cayce’s prolific body of work and influence will be examined in-depth. His guiding principles can be directly applied to one’s life in order to discover a greater sense of wellness and abundance in the physical, mental and spiritual arenas.
