Looking for your “A-Ha!” moment? The Spirit University presents our annual A-Ha! Holistic Health Expo at the Bradenton Area Convention Center on February 16–17, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Join us to explore and educate your mind, body, and spirit.

          All ages are welcome to this community event focused on helping people enhance their lives—whether that means introducing you to a healthier meal plan, exploring paths of spiritual fulfillment or discovering habits to be more physically active. This event brings together more than 200 vendors, charitable foundations, specialists and educators.

Keynote speaker Eben Alexander, MD, will give an extended talk on his best-selling book Proof of Heaven, followed by a workshop for those interested in seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them. We also will have sessions facilitated by experts on a variety of topics to inform and enlighten such as “Bodies in Motion,” “Connecting with Nature and Spirit,” “Alternative Health,” “Eating for Health,” “AHH! Paranormal Conference,” and “All Creatures Great and Small.”

          The driving force behind the A-Ha! Holistic Health Expo is to help people find the tools and skills to make their lives fuller and healthier. At this event, you will have the opportunity to make connections and discoveries that could change your life.
