Sarasota Center of Light not only has a fundraising concert in June, but there will be a celebration of the Summer Solstice and drum circle too. In addition, along with other classes, services and events, “A Course in Miracles” and a unique approach to prosperity will be offered.

            Join is for our Songs for the Garden Fundraiser Concert on June 21, 7 p.m. This will be an evening of music, community and connection as the raise money to restore our Healing Garden vandalized in April. Enjoy this musical event and participate in “healing” the garden. 

            There is also a Summer Solstice Celebration and Drum Circle in the garden on June 22, 5 p.m. Experience a ceremony of drumming, meditation, intention setting and inspiration. Bring a drum or another instrument. Love offerings are accepted, and this event is open to everyone.

Classes offered in June include the two-part “A Course in Miracles” series. “Part 1 — No Other Shoe: An Introduction to A Course in Miracles” takes place on June 11, 7–8:30 p.m., and “Part 2 — Tools for Transformation: Application of the Teachings of ACIM” takes place on June 18, 7­–8:30 p.m. 

            Rev. Jim Toole will present “The Spiritual Practicality of Prosperity” on June 29, 10:30 a.m. to noon. Discover how to bring the unlimited energy of your purest connection to Spirit which creates and manifests an expansive and elevated abundance and fulfillment in life.
