It’s the ‘20s—1920s that is. Take a step back in time when speakeasies, bootleggers, flappers, and the spiritualism movement was all the rage. The Spirit University will be presenting our “Roaring ‘20s Psychic Fair” on February 22, 11a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Spiritualism saw a revival in the 1920s after World War I. Many families lost relatives during this time and felt the need to connect with their loved ones who died in the war. What followed were séances, medium readings and travelling spiritualists who conducted galleries of spiritual phenomena and evidence to a broader audience. 

At the Spirit University, we are channeling this same mentality, as we invite you to experience a séance, receive a personalized intuitive reading or healing, or attend a lecture to expand your knowledge of both this world and the next. 

In addition, we will celebrate these diverse expressions of the human and spiritual on February 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with education, enrichment and expansion of the self at our “Books and Spirit Art Fair.” We invite you to meet local writers and artists who use their talents to inspire your path of spiritual growth.  

You can attend lectures by these creators, find out what inspires them and learn about their process. You can also purchase their creations and experience an intuitive reading. This is a unique event that will activate your own creative juices and bring vision and wonder into your own life too.
