Come and visit Sarasota's first non-alcoholic bar, focused 100 percent on kombucha. Flobucha is a brewery and taproom located in the beautiful Gulfgate Village which produces and serves premium raw kombucha, fermented to perfection. 
Flobucha comes in six unique flavors, all of which are meticulously crafted and balanced. It’s brewed with all-natural, organic ingredients, raw, unfiltered and never pasteurized. Not only does this kombucha taste delicious, but it’s also rich in natural probiotics, healthy organic nutrients and antioxidants.  
“We always combine a fruit or berry flavor with fresh organic herbs or flowers to create unique and rich flavor profiles,” says founder Florian Trinkwalder. The results are delicious combinations like Blueberry Lemon Basil or Guava Lemon Ginger Hibiscus. 

Blackberry Fennel Lemon Lavender tastes almost like a wine, and Trinkwalder loves to enjoy it in a wine glass as a non-alcoholic wine alternative. Passionfruit Orange Guava is inspired by a Hawaiian drink called POG which is a mix of Passionfruit, Orange and Guava juices. “My friend Samy recently moved to Hawaii, and when he told me about POG, I knew that I had to try to make a POG kombucha. It was an instant hit,” says Trinkwalder. 

Raspberry Lemon Lavender is the tartest Flobucha flavor, and it’s most refreshing when served over ice. There’s also Pomegranate Lemon Ginger, which is just as exceptional as all the other flavor profiles—in fact, it’s hard to even pick a favorite. 

The Flobucha taproom is also a fun hangout place. As a sober venue, it is ideal for people who want to meet for a drink with their friends or socialize in a safe, non-toxic environment. There are also fun events like food pop-ups, open mics, live music and more.
