The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Charlotte County Welcomes You
Aug 31, 2023 01:02PM ● By Janet LindsayAll life is interconnected. From the forest to the sea to humanity itself, each thread of being is woven into a single fabric of existence. We embrace nature’s beauty and are in awe of its power. This statement, from the Unitarian Universalist Association is based on the values we strive for. We cherish Earth and all of its life by nurturing relationships of care and respect.
You are welcome to visit the Peace Garden at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Charlotte County, where nature is nearby, and a bench awaits you. This quiet place was made for reflection and to be a place where you can be safe. Enjoy the beautiful, native landscaping and maybe spot a turtle in the canal nearby.
Are you planning a trip far away to end the summer? Wherever this adventure takes you, journey with an attitude of respect and humility. Consider others and the impact your travel has on them. Be mindful of nature, the community and the resources you are using. When you are home from those travels, bring your whole self: your full identity, your questioning mind, and your expansive heart on Sunday morning at 10:30 for worship to the Unitarian Universalist Association.
