Dr. Roberts has been involved part-time in Sarasota for many years, practicing at Harvey Kaltsis, DOM, AP office, then several years later at Eve Prang Plews’ office. She has been working in Naples, starting with David Perlmutter when he was still practicing, since 2010. Now she returns to the Full Spectrum Health office to serve the Sarasota community she loves so much.  

     With thirty years’ experience in Functional Medicine, Dr. Roberts emphasizes longevity strategies, hormone replacement therapy and second opinions for those who have not found satisfactory answers to their health issues. Dr Roberts believes in the body’s innate wisdom, desire and ability to heal. Once the underlying causes are identified and addressed, healing can happen. The current paradigm of symptom control is just a game of whack-a-mole, generating new problems as more and more pharmaceutical drugs are prescribed. She has a holistic view of the body as an integrated organism. All parts are affected by all the others; not something she learned in medical school.  

     She is currently accepting new patients. No membership or concierge fee is required. She also welcomes her old friends from previous years to reestablish with her. Turning the page to a new chapter, she is a role model for how to age without slowing down much or giving up the things that make life worth living.
