Tools to Help You De-Stress Through the Holiday Season

Here are a few practical, accessible strategies to help you de-stress when the season starts to feel overwhelming, so you can return to balance and enjoy what matters.   

Stay Grounded  

Even if your schedule is too fast-paced for a deep meditation, just taking five minutes to recharge, breathe, and center yourself can do wonders for mental health. Grounding crystals are excellent tools to assist in this area. Keep them in your pocket, bag or car. Go For a Color Walk 

Whether it’s a mile walk or a brief trip around the block, breathing in the fresh air and setting your body in motion is one of the best stress management techniques out there. For example, looking for a red car, an orange butterfly or yellow wildflowers is a simple, beautiful way to notice and appreciate the vibrant details around you.
