Heal Thy Self Yoga & Wellness Announces Spring Mini-Retreats
Over these next couple months, Heal Thy Self Yoga & Wellness will offer a variety of unique retreat experiences to nurture wellness, achieve balance, and promote self-discovery. These transformative mini-retreats will combine yoga, qigong, self-healing massage, therapeutic-grade essential oils, aromatherapy, meditation, sound bowls, inspired sacred ceremonies, enriching workshops, and heartfelt gifts for each participant.
Immerse yourself in a half-day experience to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, along with reflective self-compasison circles and resource materials to bring the bliss home with you. A luxurious picnic will also be offered, featuring charcuterie, bakery items, fresh fruits, and sacred herbal teas. Our Summer Retreats, starting in June, will change themes with the seasons, and guests will immerse themselves into an "Abundance Oasis”, discover their inner riches, nurture the wealth within and explore joyful abundance from the wellspring of their soul.
