Ritual Room Spa is thrilled to expand our menu to include massage services, introducing Mark Alan, a licensed massage therapist (LMT #MA90399), to our team. Alan specializes in a unique approach to soft tissue manipulation, which incorporates neuromyofascial stretching, passive motion, static compression, trigger point release therapy, and more.  

He focuses on alleviating chronic and acute pain, postural imbalances, and tension, resulting in increased range of motion, flexibility, and pain relief. During these sessions, clients remain clothed, so please wear attire that allows for comfortable movement.  

In addition, Alan will offer Serenity Massage, a full hour of gentle massage that focuses on stress and tension relief, ideal for reducing anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders, while improving circulation.
