Unity of Sarasota is a loving, diverse community that welcomes everyone. Our teachings are both practical and effective.  

We offer a myriad of tools to help transform your thinking and awaken the power of love within you. There is an immense intelligence in your heart, waiting to be unleashed. Love heals and unifies. When the heart is open wide, there is plenty of room for the essence of love to heal our wounds, to nurture your souls and to mend the broken places.  

If you want to release blocks that hold you back and embrace a new way of living, come to our Sunday Services at 10:30 a.m. You can also contact our Senior Minister, Reverend Elizabeth Longo for spiritual coaching or counseling. 

Unity of Sarasota also invites you to join us for our Holiday Services. On December 24, at 7 p.m., we will host a Candlelight Service with live music. On December 29, at 10:30 a.m., we will have a Burning Bowl Service where you can clear whatever blocks might affect you. There will also be a meditation to tap into your heart’s desires and create intentions for 2025.
