Dr. Roberts was certified to teach aerobics and enjoys dancing herself. One activity class will focus on is movement to music. You will also learn how to correctly perform the basics of strength and resistance training, with your own body weight. Stretching is another important habit for mobility later in life. A full range-of-motion is a hallmark of youth and keeps an older person able and independent 

Stretching the mind is crucial as well, and this class will explore meaningful, in-depth Conversations that matter—topics of discussion that are not part of ordinary interactions, such as “What remains to be accomplished in your life?” and “Who are you at the core?”
